ielts today..

i'd sit for my ielts exam today.. at Taylor's Business School.. on 8 am.. at 7:45, the candidates registered.. went up 7th floor, another register, but this one to store all your bags and valuables in a safe room..

Frustration no.1: They didn't allow us me to bring highlighter.. sooo not fair.. i'd been doing all the exercise using highlighter.. but now the forbid us to use them..

then, there the third registration.. the one to check our table's coordinate(position)..

Frustration no.2: Only at 9 did the exam start.. so, some early students including me have to wait over 1 hour in our sit..

Frustration no.3: There was no breaks for the three tests.. just one shot.. which will affect others who wanted to go to the restroom..

Frustration no.4: i did badly on the writing.. =(

Overall, reading and listening were ok for me, but not the writing.. it supposed to be ok, but my mistake will condemn my ielts marks..

Ya Allah, bantu r hmbamu ini..

ASME HPV East 2013: Log 5 - Good Ending

We're now on the way back to Toronto, after the Banquet Ceremony at Ferris. The only event today was the Endurance Race, where bike-utilitiness was tested. Whether the bike can go across a S-turn, hairpin turn, downhill, uphill, stop at stop sign, bumps, etc. The new thing the organizer put in this year was that each team must take in and put out a grocery bag (with groceries inside) to a station for 3 sets. Anyway, UofT team did very well in the event. We were a bit slow during the obstacles, but since we have three wheels, there's no need for any of the other team member to be along the course of the Endurance, helping to get the bike up. Well, we didnt actually allowed to do that, as it was against the rules (which was different last year). We get the 1st Place for the Endurance event, with 4 more laps than Missouri M&T and Rose Hulman. The final prize and other prizes were given during Banquet. We got 3rd in Men's Drag, 3rd in Women's Drag, 1...
