UK Trip : Log 10 - Old Trafford, Manchester
Most of yesterday was spent at Old Trafford, home of Manchester United FC.. It was by far the biggest stadium.. Someone told me that the capacity is only behind the great Wembley stadium..
Anyway, we went in for the Stadium Tour.. Not my choice, but Rempo really wanted to go in; so we all just tag along.. After all, we really dont have anything particular to do.. And so we begin the tour.. Which was a great experience knowing all the facts, history and the tradition of ManUtd.. Thanks to the tour guide which I cant recall his name.. Though I'm not satisfied enough with the amount of time allocated to take photos during each session.. Given the amount of people who also wanted to take their photos, there's only a few seconds or a minute tops for each photo opportunity.. Besides, it's not everyday or even every year to got the chance to go to Old Trafford; unless you're a student there or live there..
OK, enough about that.. Then, after shopping stuffs, we had our second meal at Al-Jazeera restaurant.. Again, the portion was too big that some of us left packing the leftover.. And that's it.. We rushed back home, packing and boarded the (one-hour delayed) bus to Edinburgh.. Too bad though that we didn't have the time to buy any souvenier, even a postcard..
